Hi, I'm Felecia!

I earned both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As a mother of three sons, I believe in the value of continued education, but I also stand behind the non-traditional career path population.

My career progression business focuses on the professional, life changing work it takes to land the job of your dreams and elevate your career to the highest level. I help people learn how to identify their WHY, learn the Art of Networking, and how to Master the Job Interview. I am committed to helping others change their lives through real world career guidance.

During the course/coaching, you will develop the tools and confidence you need to succeed. My goal is to empower you to become the person you want to be. You are unique and your coaching should be too. We will start where you are and work towards your goals.
